Your staff are among the best. Their attitude is to ‘serve’, they treat me like a friend coming to visit for a while. There is empathy for those of us afraid of ‘Dentists’ and understand, with amazing patience, how we sometimes feel. I actually look FORWARD to my visits.

Dr. Stern cared for me in an emergency, when I was not yet his patient, years ago. His kind attention and excellent work caused me to choose him as my dentist. He has gone above and beyond expectations, especially during my difficulties with a flipper prior to implants. My visits to Caring Family Denistry are always pleasurable because everyone there makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. I love my Hygienist. Her name is Valorie. She is very thorough and when Dr.Richrard Stern comes in to check my teeth after cleaning, he always comments what a good job Valorie does. It was NOT a problem to ‘wait’ less than 15 minutes because a sub-contractor misunderstood when to have my dentures delivered. However, YOU took the responsibility (unnecessarily). This is character and ‘customer’ focus in action.. what more can a person want to experience!

HI You are the second dentist’s office I have used in the Big Rapids area, and I have no plans to switch. I very much like everyone associated with the office. Everyone is personal, friendly and professional, and tolerant of my nervousness. I can not think of anything you could do that would improve your services. I do recommend you to people who move into town and ask which office they should use. I have never had a bad experience with any of the hygienists, but I do really like V
