Our office accepts most major forms of dental insurance. We ask that you provide coverage information at the time of your first visit and keep us updated on any changes that are made to your coverage or eligibility. As a courtesy to you, we will process your insurance forms and claims. Our office has software that may be able to estimate and explain what procedures are covered by the major insurance carriers. However, your insurance is an agreement you have with your insurance carrier. If you have questions regarding payment from your insurance company, we recommend that you call your insurance provider directly for the most accurate and speedy answer. All professional treatments are delivered and charged to the patient and not the insurance company and therefore is the ultimate responsibility of the patient. It is the patient's responsibility to pay for any deductible or other balance not covered by insurance. Dental insurance companies vary in how they provide coverage. Some insurance companies pay a fixed amount while others cover a percentage of certain types of pre-approved treatment. We can work with you to determine your level of coverage. |
